Ease of Mind
Your product and all its components are in capable and experienced hands. We have been packing and assembling liquids, powders, pellets and a myriad of other product types for over 20 years.
Specialist contract packers.
Master packaging samples are kept on hand against which all incoming materials such as display cartons, pamphlets, bottles, caps, seals, measuring cups and cartons are quality controlled. Each delivery is checked and GRV’d with a notification going back to the customer. All Bill of Material components are tracked and balanced at the end of each production run with a full report going back to the customer for all stock levels to be updated.
A documented area and machine wash out Standard Operating Procedure is followed and classified “clean” before the product is loaded to production.
All scales are calibrated, and all products filled are spot checked to ensure weight tolerances are met. Products are coded with batch codes and dates as required by the BOM and packing directive. Once the product is in the retail container and sealed and capped, labelling is applied by cold glue, or preferably self-adhesive labels.
The product is then assembled into its final state for retail with inserts, pamphlets, display cartons (also coded), measuring cups and spoons. Individual units are then placed into cartons and palletized, ready for delivery.
The production area is then cleaned with a documented wash out and wastewater handling procedure followed. This includes all personnel PPE and associated equipment.
